They have the right level of Subject Matter expertise, reliability and good business judgement. They are great solution advisors in MDM domain. They understood our requirements quickly and brought in right experts to address them.
The knowledge of the product, their patience as the lead needed alot of training and understanding regarding MDM and one of their key data architects.
They are a smaller company so it can take a little bit of work to convince your higher ups to go with them. They need to have more detailed case studies posted on their website which would have helped in convincing our internal leadership of their value. I learned of what they have done with other companies only by working with them. D3Clarity did not make us aware of their training and upskilling services. This is their ability to upskill and guide my staff that is versed in legacy environments to current data technologies and techniques. This was not on their website and would have been useful in convincing our senior leadership earlier.
Sometimes it has been hard for them to scale up to the increased resource demand.
If I recall, documentation from one of their programmers was lacking and the clarity of transitioning from D3 to my organization once the product was implemented.
