The DailyPay portal is easy to navigate. Only issue I've faced recently is when users say that their funds aren't available, they call customer support and are told that my org hasn't sent over a certain report. Then, I went into the portal to confirm the shift was recorded properly. It turns out that they had just withdrawn too much already and weren't able to request more. Something along those lines.

It's a helpful service for accessing earned wages before payday. This is especially useful if there are unexpected expenses that come up. The app is user friendly... the transfers are quick, and it's nice knowing you don't have to wait until payday. It offers a valuable service, but the fees and limited available balance can make it restrictive and costly in the long run.
