The integration of Darkivore with our SIEM. The product is able now to push notification to create tickets including the findings in our SIEM. It was critical point in our centralization of alerts strategy.
What we really like is that the alerts are accurate, we are not facing a lot of false positives plus the tool gives you what is urgent versus what can wait. So we can catch stuff before it becomes a real problem
The product provides insights into attack surface management and vulnerability intelligence ranging from our public websites, possible data breaches, tactical threat intelligence, digital footprint protection, copyright and trademark protection, anti-phishing protection, as well as reporting on fake social media profiles related to our company as well as its employees. This is also available as a managed service.
Some slowness when using the console related to the new integration of AI chatbot. It does'nt affect the remediation part once integrated with SIEM
We can't think of anything I don't like about it yet. It is doing what we expected it to do. And the few minor things we have asked about were taken care of quickly by their support team.
There are certain aspects of the UI that could be improved to make it easier to clear very large amounts of alerts, where a page might be limited on the total amount if displays. Improvements can also be made to the way that take-down requests for tickets that are logged are mapped back to the original tickets.
