I like the cost, customer service, expertise, automation, cloud native, incrementally better product, expanding product offering.
Ease of integration with build environment, alerts on critical issues, easy to access/navigate web site, great technical support as well as access to the experts and CTO/CEO when we need. Data Theorem team presents product features to our team periodically and conducts QBRs. Overall Data Theorem is developer friendly and the company makes frequent updates to identify security risks based on the what is learned from various scans as well as the changing threat landscape.
While nothing major or close to minor, it would be nice to understand when engine updates are scheduled and what the changes will do to our existing app profile.
Onboarding of large projects can be challenging.
I do not see any serious issues with the product. The product could identify in the code/suggest alternatives to certificate pinning such as certificate transparency and advise on the pros and cons.
