High-end blade servers. Very reliable device. But support is not satisfied. Dell does not provide immediate support. They always escalate the next level. But not the resolution provided immediately.

The expert support from Dell is second to none. We get immediate access to experts and if parts need replacing it is instantly delivered.

Sometimes the add-on card will be confused with the low-profile and standard profile options.

Cant satisfy with the support.

The product has to keep in line with VMWare releases and could quickly require the hosts to be changed.
