It is incredibly simple to filter down data to a granular level. By connecting data from other systems, we're able to get incredible marketing insights that would be very manual if calculated on our own. It was also very easy to set up compared to some of the other products we considered.

i like that domo can take complex data and turn it into simple visulaizations that are accesible across our teams
It is difficult to move any of the data we have cultivated in Domo to other systems. I wish there was a bit more customization for some of our more advanced data set charts.
steeper learning curve up front...advances dashboards can be a little time consuming...naming standards matter a lot and without them things can get real messy over time
the initial set up was time consuming and i dont think they offer great services for marketing teams
