DonorPerfect has made the management of donors significantly simpler, saving time and reducing stress. I've use DonorPerfect forms to accept donations through a website page, and our different tiered donor lists being updated automatically based on donation amounts. These lists have been a huge help now that we have linked with Constant Contact, so we can easily communicate with donors. Their support team took the initiative to schedule walkthroughs of the platform so that we could transfer our donor lists over and learn how to use the platform.

Without assistance from their team, it may be difficult to setup, but DonorPerfect ensured we had all the help we needed. The website can be slightly confusing at first since menu options aren't intuitively organized.
