What I like most about EasyNAC is its ability to provide proactive visibility and control without adding complexity. The agentless approach is ideal for our distributed retail environment, and the compliance checks give us real-time awareness of potential risks before they become incidents. Their support team also stands out - they listen, understand our requirements, and deliver integrations quickly.
1. the agentless deployment was extremely fast and saved us weeks of project time. 2. EasyNAC provides real-time visibility and instantly blocks rogue devices. 3. It great that EasyNAC integrates seamlessly with our antivirus and SIEM tool for automated threat response. 4. Its flexibility to work with managed or unmanaged switches and even remote sites makes it very versatile. 5. The deception and malware lateral spread protection features give us confidence against Zero-day threats.
We like the simplicity of deployment and ongoing management, as well as the agentless enforcement enforcement model. EasyNAC provided strong visibility and access control without requiring network reconfiguration. We also saw improved protecting against MAC spoofing compared to our previous solution.
There is not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that initial onboarding required careful planning on our side due to the number of stores and device types we have. That said, the EasyNAC team supported us closely through the rollout, and once implemented, it has run very smoothly.
1. The web interface could benefit from a better design, though it is very functional. 2. Some advanced reporting features required configuration, but once setup they worked well. 3. The optional agent provides more detailed checks, but most of the time we are happy with agentless. 4. Documentation could be streamlined for faster onboarding of new admins. 5. There s little to dislike - overall, it s a very balanced solution compared to traditional NAC solutions.
Some reporting and visualization areas could continue to evolve and need additional features in the Central Visibility Manager would be beneficial for more centralized management. That said, the product overall meets our operational requirements.
