Our SAM practice has matured significantly with the help of EY, they help us deliver great value in the scope of our services. Our SAM process was fragmented and we had ineffective mechanisms to track usage and little to no understanding of our license consumption, with no central repository of contracts. EY have brought in their expertise to better our processes and are really supporting us in transforming the way in which we manage our software assets.

We need data analysis services, including a set of services on data, e.g. data governance, data standalization, etc. We can choose between the big4 or traditional technology companies. E&Y has been getting less occupation of the market, so they are providing better and better service than before. So it's a good opportunity for customers to purchase their service right now.

We have engaged with EY to operationalize our data governance and re-architect our data platform in cloud. In both engagements, EY has: - Delivered exceptionally well exceeding expectations on the quality of their delivery - Always had their customers in mind. They would raise risks/concerns early on so that we can work or mitigate this together which made project execution smooth. - Overall skills and expertise whether onshore or offshore resources are evident with the project members assigned to us on data governance or Azure architecture - Collaborates well with us to meet our business objectives and goals. Very transparent with the customer - They don't overpromise and don't sell what they can't deliver - You can tap the experts who were pitching the deal (so no issues on transition between sales to delivery) and some of the experts are your engagement manager throughout the project. - Provide you with accelerators that helps deliver the project faster.

E&Y was hired to help integrate an acquired bank in 11 months. The timeline was extremely aggressive and We had to think differently about this migration and created a centralized data migration and transformation team. E&Y had the team ready to go from day one and scaled extremely quickly as needed. I am extremely impressed with with their excellent partnership and high engagement, not just from the consultants but also from their partners.

EY have a very knowledgeable team of people that are able to integrate their technical capabilities into a 'real problem'. They have worked very well with our IST group to understand our technical requirements and created intelligent technology solutions that have delivered productivity jumps in our asset management & rail maintenance planning. Also the tools are built with clear approach to future governance, supported through a client engagement approach (periodic visits users on location) to embed the models and tools. They also have been able to reach out across their organisation to extract people with specific knowledge areas to enhance some of the granular aspects of the output. They have also provided valuable guidance in future architecture directions and recommendations on approaches to technology scopes in related areas.
