The interface is clunky and slow. Collaboration is weak without extra tools. Licensing is very expensive, and cloud integration is limited. It feels like a desktop relic in a modern world.

A great Mapping tool for BA that does lineage and impact analysis
We've been using this product for more than 5 years since it was still with the original company. We've seen the evolution of the product and it's getting better every release. It's flexible / configurable and we've used it for more than its intended purpose. The lineage and impact analysis functionality is what we like most of the product. If you use all the functionality of the Suite, then you can make use of the ecosystem starting from business glossary where you can show the 'mind map' then expand to show the metadata then the codesets then the lineage and mapping rules.
