La facilité de dépoilement : Le fait d'avoir un seul binaire pour installer, réinstaller ou mettre à jour la console/server est un gain de temps incroyable pour l'administration. 2. La puissance de la console : J'aime particulièrement la remontée d'inventaire matériel et toutes les automatisations qu'on peut faire. 3. Le tableau de bord : il est très complet, il me donne un aperçu immédiat et clair des informations critiques, ce qui simplifie énormément la surveillance.

Poor amount of connectors for 3 party security software, a lot of troubles with agents and a lot of problems after updatings. Problems with managing the licenses

Ce qui manque le plus, c'est un outil natif pour gérer les sources de mises à jour pour les agents situés sur des sites différents surtout sur des sites à faible bande passante, avoir la possibilité d'avoir des relais de mise à jour. 2. L'application de plusieurs politiques en même temps manque d'intuitivité. On a parfois du mal à réussir à appliquer la bonne politique. 3. La gestion des droits d'accès est trop fine. C'est bien, mais ça devient tellement complexe qu'on peut passer beaucoup trop de temps à configurer une simple permission.

Un énorme point fort est la qualité du support : on a toujours une réponse rapide, et le fait qu'il soit en Français simplifie beaucoup les échanges. i am very satisfied with the product, its stability and protection
In general, the experience with the product in our Organization dates back to 2003 and since we installed the first NOD 32 server. Since then we have always been assisted by our official Gades Partner. That said, we are very satisfied with the solution and with the growth of the product until today ESET. From 2003 to date we have gone through all versions, always updating our servers and accompanying the growth of our Organization infrastructure. We highlight the ease of use of the product for users, the interoperability of the product with all the versions of operating systems that we use and we also highlight the functionality of the console and how friendly it is for our technicians to use it. Regarding the security provided, we have never had an experience of improper access with the product installed. I can add that we currently still have the product installed and are trying to the Endpoint Security version while also increasing the number of licenses.
