1. Server's policies include protective guard rails that prevent disruption. They help, but an explicit admin override for rare maintenance cases would be useful. 2. AI assistance is helpful. Expanding it to suggest policy changes, triage steps, and OS or application update actions will add value. 3. Deeper NDR integration with the virtualization stack to correlate east-west traffic, EDR findings, and VM context would streamline investigations.
Poor amount of connectors for 3 party security software, a lot of troubles with agents and a lot of problems after updatings. Problems with managing the licenses

We run ESET Protect MDR Ultimate across 9000 endpoints and VMs, with ESET Cloud Office Security protecting Microsoft 365 (Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Google workspace. On boarding was smooth, day to day is simple, and MDR analysts respond quickly with clear guidance. The platform also helps us close OS and application vulnerabilities at scale, and EDR view maps activity to MITRE so we can see the full story. i am very satisfied with the product, its stability and protection
In general, the experience with the product in our Organization dates back to 2003 and since we installed the first NOD 32 server. Since then we have always been assisted by our official Gades Partner. That said, we are very satisfied with the solution and with the growth of the product until today ESET. From 2003 to date we have gone through all versions, always updating our servers and accompanying the growth of our Organization infrastructure. We highlight the ease of use of the product for users, the interoperability of the product with all the versions of operating systems that we use and we also highlight the functionality of the console and how friendly it is for our technicians to use it. Regarding the security provided, we have never had an experience of improper access with the product installed. Easy to understand protection that doesn't get in your way.
As a user, what stands out about ESET security is that as security software, I've barely noticed its presence on my machine. There are no intrusive popups or interruptions to my day-to-day use, and the software interface is easy to use and understand.
