The company does go above and beyond with customer relations. Each time I have reached out about an issue or want to meet with someone, their client relations team is very responsive.
Evertrue falls short on relationship management beyond individuals. We have had to create a work around for corporate and foundation prospects. I also wish reporting was more robust and you could pull more detailed information to drill down.
