Their service has been rock solid for the last few years, with their support 24X7 second to none, the consultants are accountable and hardworking, stick to their deliverables, and most importantly have domain expertise. They also play an important role in developing strategy within our org. . The data science and the analytics team that I deal with, especially have impressive resumes (GA Tech, Columbia, IITs) and have proven to be irreplaceable when it comes to their expertise and contributions to the company.

Their staff becomes an extension of your team and is willing to work shoulder to shoulder with you sharing ideas and teaching you how to become self sufficient and build internal talent. EXL is never to busy to sit and talk through ideas of design or leveraging data to help drive exceptional business decisions. They are focused on the partnership, not the revenue which is a true gem in the market.
The team is very friendly and accommodating, they also clearly look after their staff with maintains employee engagement. They never refuse to take on any task and will always works with us to deliver to a high standard. The succession planning is very well managed and means we rarely have gaps in provision of the service.
Attrition had been an issue this last year (due to great resignation), possibly because they hire the bests of the bests. That said they have a strategy in place to quickly transition in case of resources that have departed.
Staffing is difficult in this day and age and EXL is not immune to the challenges of retaining talent. EXL is very proactive about these challenges and always tries to have key resources on deck and training just in case someone rolls off the account. The knowledge transfer is seamless and documentation is second to none to quickly get new resources up to speed. This ramp-up happens behind the scenes and is a tremendous value add.
Due to technology constraints we are rarely able to have face to face (video) conversations with EXL colleagues. The team could challenge us more with the work required and perhaps be more innovative with how insights are shared.
