I like how quickly Falcon Surface detects and responds to threats. The cloud-based architecture keeps performance smooth and doesnt slow down devices. I also appreciate the detailed security insights and real-time alerts which help identify issues early.
What I like the most is the modules ability to automatically discover unknown assets and assess their associated risk clearly.
I like the real-time visibility. Having unified inventory of exposures across environments makes it easier to understand and manage our external risk.
One downside is that some of the advanced dashboards can feel complex for new users and require a bit of training. The alerts can sometimes be too frequent, which makes it hard to prioritize quickly. Also, a few features take time to load during peak usage, so performance could be more consistent.
That the dashboard performance can occasionally be slow and some visualizations are not as intuitive as they could be.
Learning Curve: It can be overwhelming at 1st because of the number of features and data points. It takes time to fully understand how to interpret the data findings. Reporting: It could be more flexible. While the insights are valuable, I'd like to see more customizable dashboards and simplified reports. Integration: Yes, Falcon integrates with some tools, but I would like to expand the integrations with more ticketing and other security platforms to streamline the remediation flows.

We use a 3rd party security vendor that has implemented Crowdstrike for our company. It was a very seamless process and installed on all devices without any issues or noticeable performance changes. Some of the process tree notifications that appear to be legitimate that Crowdstrike marks as suspicious, mainly Win32.exe, can be quite annoying to see over and over, but it's better to err on the side of caution.
