The automation of finding unknown and unmanaged external assets is extraordinary, we discovered many exposed services, forgotten subdomains and third party connections that had never made it into our asset inventory. Real-time monitoring tirelessly operates 24/7 and continuously alarms about breaches or misconfigurations as they hit the internet. AI correlation with Falcon threat intelligence quickly signals regarding true risk versus expected noise, thus drastically decreasing false positives.

What I like the most is the modules ability to automatically discover unknown assets and assess their associated risk clearly.

I like how quickly Falcon Surface detects and responds to threats. The cloud-based architecture keeps performance smooth and doesnt slow down devices. I also appreciate the detailed security insights and real-time alerts which help identify issues early.

The dashboard complexity is daunting for new users in that it takes them much longer to become productive without intense training. In the early stages of integration, staff is bombarded with more false positives than real ones, rapidly decreasing the number is rather time consuming due to the required manual input.

That the dashboard performance can occasionally be slow and some visualizations are not as intuitive as they could be.

One downside is that some of the advanced dashboards can feel complex for new users and require a bit of training. The alerts can sometimes be too frequent, which makes it hard to prioritize quickly. Also, a few features take time to load during peak usage, so performance could be more consistent.
