I like how quickly Falcon Surface detects and responds to threats. The cloud-based architecture keeps performance smooth and doesnt slow down devices. I also appreciate the detailed security insights and real-time alerts which help identify issues early.
What I like the most is the modules ability to automatically discover unknown assets and assess their associated risk clearly.
It's a useful capability that doesn't need too much work to have value in no time
One downside is that some of the advanced dashboards can feel complex for new users and require a bit of training. The alerts can sometimes be too frequent, which makes it hard to prioritize quickly. Also, a few features take time to load during peak usage, so performance could be more consistent.
That the dashboard performance can occasionally be slow and some visualizations are not as intuitive as they could be.
Dashboards rely on filters created by CrowdStrike. You cannot create one on your own (or, at least, I didn't find how to). Vulnerability management shows numbers that are quite high, that maybe should be aggregated a little bit more. Applications dashboard has limitations in terms of what software you can search (it must be on CrowdStrike database)
