My experience with Fastly has been five stars! This starts with their sales, services, and support teams, all of whom are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to train, support and collaborate with their customers. The platform itself is designed to handle everything from simple implementations to highly complex architectures in a fast, secure, and reliable way. This is especially valuable for our reseller and services teams, as we support a wide range of customer needs and use cases.

Overall fairly happy with it. Some parts of the web UI feel janky and slow. We've had random issues with the CLI returning way too much data. But the team meets with us regularly to help us resolve issues. We are able to build out parts of the product to fit our own needs. It's nice to not be confined by their own implementations. The new Compute Services that we can write in javascript (and other languages) are great.
