Flagright provides us with customization allowing us to define factors that contribute to a customer's risk score while also offering the flexibility to incorporate additional risk factors as needed. The biggest improvement from our previous AML system is the ability to score transactions and apply custom rules for monitoring. This has not only made our processes more efficient but has also helped us stay ahead of compliance requirements with greater confidence.
