Product features, local support (in Indonesia Oracle work with Midas) is great.
# vast dictionary of templated UDEs & components. # Easy customization as per product need. No coding required. # User interface is user friendly.
The most exciting feature of Flexcube that I like is its upload functionality. We have had multiple instances where I had to upload a lot of client accounts howevere these were done pretty easily through a patch file which the vendors support from time to time.
our current flexcube version is not that flexible and cloud-native. may be newer version of flexcube is better (better check!). Suggest to upgrade the version every couple of years to maintain the security postures as well as product features.
Nothing as such
Amongst all features where Oracle excels, Flexcube lacks in report functionality. So if you have to send statments or contract notes to your clients then Flexcube will not be able to generate the same for you. You will need the likes of SAP Business Objects to run reports from Flexcube.

Covers huge universal perimeter from top corporate to retail. Excellent cooperation and implementation team delivery with 0 down time after the upgrade and stable and efficient operations afterwards.
