Floqast allows us to easily ensure that our Monthly End Processes are reconciled easily and easily visible across not only the individual sites that they relate too but also to Internal Audit and Head office. It also allows fast visibility when accounts aren't reconciling and therefore allows us to focus on the areas that need to be looked at.

The most useful features are the roll forward of the monthly files with a click of a button, and also the speed in which the Trial Balance can be refreshed to ensure that reconciliations are performed with the latest figures.

The potential of saving time on close. The AI component. The customer service.

Following are the best features of the product. 1. Ease of use (User friendly) 2. the product makes activity tracking very efficient and helps in maintaining the time lines 3. The product is very helpful in fixing the responsibility and accountability for any activity.

One small gripe we have is when there are people out of the business the reconciliation can't be signed off without an admin to change the preparer and reviewer. Ww have overcome this by ensuing we have enough Admins within the system

It can be a complicated implementation. It takes getting used to. The price is hefty.

Following are the areas which can be improved. 1. Accessing support's for the past files should be made easier. 2. Navigation for searching required GLs and supporting can be further improved. 3. The product should allow the end user to update the due dates for any activity directly without going to the administrator.
