    Why We Switched From Freshchat

    We started using Freshchat in combination/ as a complement to Freshdesk to provide customers with a more direct contact channel directly through our service. We have used other services before and I would say that our experience using Freshchat was average. With that said, we eventually needed to start looking for a new service as Freshchat could not meet our needs fully. In the end, it came down to the flexibility and ease of integration into multiple pages which made us look for alternative solutions.

Like

It enhances the communication with customers as I can chat with them in real time. Also it works great across different devices, such as on my mobile and on the desktop which is helpful.

It's simple to use and setup, if your company is a small business.

We like how easy it is to manage conversations across multiple channels and multiple brands in one place. The chat in conjunction with the chatbot and automation tools really boosts productivity.

It sends a lot of notifications which cause me to miss important updates and setting up the bots is not easy and smooth.
