the interface and the buttons are really feasible. The behaviour of the software is human friendly

The best coverage of secret patterns with respect to other vendors and additionally the ability to add your own regular expressions to cover 'company secrets'. GitGuardian support is always happy to help with any aspect of implementation.

Ease of use. The UX was spot on. How easy it was to investigate things when it comes to secrets. Technical documentation was up to date.

sometimes the software is not so speed, it is better to improve the reduction of steps

It's hard to find a downside because even the prices are competitive. The only thing missing is the probability of a secret.

I would say that the ticketing system when it comes to alerts could be better, I couldn't be more granular about it. Some UX areas like how secrets are leaked and displayed on the dashboard didn't fit my way of working. Sometimes it felt that there were lots of false positives on the dashboard.

As a SOC analyst, I could triage and investigate things quickly. Regarding integrations, GitGuardian provided good documentation and it seeme that developers had an easy chance to implement it. The service was good. They had calls with the team to se if they can help anyhow.
