What I particularly appreciate is how it integrates with the other Google tools we use. Furthermore, its performance is impressive and it's really easy to stard using it.
Transparent billing and ease of use with Gemini, Google Sheets, and other Google products.
Speed on large queries, no setup is needed, integration with Looker & Data Studio makes it easy to build dashboards.
Like all Google products, it's simple and intuitive but this can also be a disadvantage when you start managing a lot of projects and need an expert view. At the same time, managing costs is essential and it's also complicated to be efficient when you start to have a lot of projects running.
I wish Google made it easier and cheaper to use LLMs within SQL queries. The documentation is decent but can be hard to follow at times.
It is difficult to estimate the costs, the UI lags sometimes especially on large datasets, there is a learning curve which takes time to optimize strategies.
