The ability to tailor the software to our needs, the scale of the resources / consultants on hand to assist us with the service deployment and the UX
1. The in dept understanding of the sector in which we operate was a highlight. 2. The team was very enthusiastic. Every day they walked into our office with an extremely high energy. 3. They were very co-operative in terms of understanding our problems and coming up with solutions that benefitted the organisation as a whole and its ongoing practices and policies.
The service is very easy to learn and use. It is easy to quickly implement and train other members on the team how to use it. Very nicely done by Grant Thornton.
