Support team is very effective, and accommodative or all changed but our needs for a very cost effective tool
It is transparent: I can see what is missing and what's complete. The onboarding time for suppliers is much shorter also.
ID Verification is sometimes confusing to complete. Also, sometimes the user interface does not take you to the specific area to click complete or the task it needs to jump to.
The Contracts tab and exchange of document is very complicated at the layering is not straight forward
Sometimes the system can be slow when loading.
Occasional user error due to interface
