Any weakness found in GreyMatter is really an opportunity to learn and adapt. First, some events reported into GreyMatter should have been remediated via the SOC without alerting inside the console. This was tunable and has been much better after setting up a call to convey more information on expectations. Second, the addition of new tools and features can very quickly overwhelm some newer analysts and take a longer amount of time to bring them up to speed. More tools does not necessarily mean better tools. Lastly, depending on the agreed upon terms, there may be a limited number of hunts allowed either at one time or overall. Support staff is more than willing to allow additional hunts when asked, so this is more of a reminder to check the agreed upon terms prior.
