Excellent product that focuses on it's key function first. Bells and whistles are adequate but limited so as not to lose focus on the core functionality.
Reliability in production. Ability to query tables to analyze data and produce ad hoc reports
The ability to have a hosted system with services provided by LandisGyr to monitor system performance, security and scalability of hardware.
Discipline around product's performance means functional enhancements are somewhat slow to be rolled out. While this is a small dislike, it is much preferred to the opposite bias.
Takes a long time to resolve issues that are not Sev1 or Sev2. Still some gaps with integration between MDMS and Command Center, e.g., no automated process to reset monthly demands off cycle (for customer move outs, move ins, rate changes)
Troubleshooting/supporting an MDMS requires skilled resources; like many companies, LandisGyr has challenges keeping up the demands of staffing.
