Great payment connectivity with banks, allowing us to connect easily and receive all payment data. This really helped speed up our cash allocation processes and comply with regulations. Great automated data feed processes, allowing us to track payments better and reduce unallocated cash issues.
The reporting module could be made more user friendly, especially when trying to segment payment and/or customer types. This was crucial for getting information on unallocated cash sitting on certain accounts and would help us track payment activity a bit faster.
