Firstly, strong malware and ransomware protection - it blocks threats effectively and we have seen fewer endpoint incidents after deployment. Secondly, centralized management console- managing policies and monitoring end points from one place is very helpful for admin work. Thirdly, low impact on system performance- users don't complain about slow machines, which is important for daily work. And lastly, detailed threat visibility - alerts and logs provide enough details to understand what happened and take corrective action.

Endpoint slowness, make some endpoints crash (blue screen) and after that they were not able to boot at all

My overall experience with Harmony Endpoint has been good so far. The product is stable and gives strong protection against malware and ransomware without affecting system performance much. We found the threat detection accurate and alerts are clear enough to take action quickly. Intitial setup took some time and the console can feel a bit complex for new users, but once configured properly it works reliably. Support response is decent, though sometimes it takes follow-ups. Overall, it does what it promises and gives good visibility into endpoint security.
