What I appreciate most about Harmony Endpoint is its ease of use combined with powerful protection. The centralized management makes it simple to monitor and respond to threats, and the seamless integration with other Check Point tools adds great value. Harmony Endpoint combines EPP, EDR and XDR into one lightweight agent. We also appreciate the AI-driven threat prevention which proactively defends against various cyber attacks. The platform also provides robust data protection features like DLP helping us stay compliant and secure.
Harmony Endpoints can be resource-intensive at times, especially during scans or updates. this occasionally affects system performance on some devices, which could be improved for a smoother user experience.
Harmony is highly intrusive with the Windows Operating System, frequently causing performance issues on the endpoint. It exhibits inconsistencies on devices handling VoIP traffic, often fails to capture all logs for connections passing through the endpoint, and experiences numerous blockages from the anti-bot module. Additionally, despite the documentation stating compatibility, it does not perform well on Windows Server 2016 or earlier versions.
One weakness of the product is the high CPU and memory consumption which can slow down system performance. The initial setup and configuration can be challenging. Sometimes it is not that easy for the administrator to navigate its advanced settings. Also sometimes the technical support is slow to respond.
