Ransomware Protection & Rollback - The ability to detect ransomware early and automatic roll back encrypted files is extremely valuable, as it gives confidence that business continuity won't be compromised. Centralized Management - The unified console makes it simple to deploy policies, monitor threats and respond to incidents across all endpoints. Low impact on Performance - It runs quietly in the background without slowing down the system

Harmony Endpoints can be resource-intensive at times, especially during scans or updates. this occasionally affects system performance on some devices, which could be improved for a smoother user experience.

It exhibits inconsistencies on devices handling VoIP traffic, often fails to capture all logs for connections passing through the endpoint, and experiences numerous blockages from the anti-bot module. Additionally, despite the documentation stating compatibility, it does not perform well on Windows Server 2016 or earlier versions.

It often requires time and expertise to configure policies in a way that balances security with usability. Another challenge is the occasional false positives, which can temporarily block legitimate applications or files. Although these can be resolved through adjustments in the management console, it does create additional work for administrators and frustration for end users.
