The concept of OpenStack features with enterprise support was what attracted us. The Helion offering has certain restrictions compared to vanilla OpenStack, to make it supportable, and this balance is well managed.
HPE's commitment to the product is still not crystal clear, and the uncertainty between HPE and SUSE for support is an issue. We had some wildly varying quotes for additional professional services, at the time when HPE couldn't decide if it was killing it off or keeping it.

The HPE Helion Cloud Suite
