Comprehensive cloud offering: i love how it slots right into hybrid setups. Security is a strong feature, and with all the cyber chaos out there, it's one less thing to stress about. Diverse workload support: it's awesome that they can juggle everything from AI stuff to quantum computing total boanus poits for that
The fact that the application and service that our organization uses are compatible with the data services from IBM. The pricing features were good as well since our volume has been increasing since the beginning.
Testing of new versions of operating systems, sandbox capabilities for development and test environment, flexible bursting and scaling capabilities, use cases during disaster recovery scenarios, deploying Oracle databases of critical applications and managing it in a secured manner etc.
Complex pricing strucutre The cost model is challenging and difficult to understand with various changes from compute storage and additonal services. There is a learning curve for new users The interface and managemet tools feel unfamiliar or a bit complex to new users. Limited community support and trying to find help online is challenging and limited.
There are some competitors in the market that have some better solutions for a lesser price.
Lack of integration with non-IBM platforms.
