Read Full ReviewSPSS is an accessible tool, in that many of my teammates will have been exposed to it in a school environment, so that onboarding into its functionality is relatively quick. It is also considered a simple point and click tool - able to generate charts and analyses by combining variables in a super easy interface to use. Lastly, it can be configure to run the analyses that you most frequently need, such as setting up our user segments in a way that allows us to dynamically report and update the monthly data.

License fees. Layout and design are kind of outdated compared to other statistical software. Setup takes time.
Read Full ReviewSPSS is a solid tool, but there are some downsides, such as its price. While the cost is low per user, especially for an enterprise tool, there is also the option to try similar free software. Also, despite its simple point and click interface, this simplicity does have its limitations. If you need more complex analyses or unusual statistical tests, it can take some set up. There are also various quirks of the tool that create some friction in the user experience, such as needing to ensure that the data is labeled and titled in a certain way to prevent an error in performing the analyses. Learning these quirks takes some time.
