Easy to Implement but try to get service from IBM to make the most of it. ! There is a strong competition in this realm, however, IBM were very thorough vested in ensuring we walk away with the product we really needed to implement in support of our business!

I do not think of any at this time . Service is very high class . Very responsive and quick turnaround time on PMR's . Experts are sitting there to help.

Installation/Configuration a breeze! Need to learn new APIs.
IBM's on-premise support personnel were able to assist our developers in quickly implementing their product. There were new APIs that were unfamiliar to the developers and IBM helped them through generating new code and turning it as needed. We did not need any help installing/configuring the actual product... it was simple!
