Complete Software suite that contains everything you need to conduct usability testing. Menus and configuration choices are intuitive and easy to configure with a just a few clicks on the screen.
Visual analysis in larger scale can be the way of future, and is really helpful in understanding the needs of the customer.
The ability to integrate facial recognition & eye tracking is a particular strong point. I also like the drag and drop feature for building study flows. Vey responsive and knowledgeable customer service team.
Steep learning curve to integrate with legacy systems or sensors. Once you are familiarized with the software and how it works it does become easier to integrate.
AI can be a bit inaccurate at the times, and will need some improvement in the upcoming future.
