Great access to various advertisers, but rather bureaucratic and difficult to get help for non-standard scenarios. Very good automated communication about changes in the status of advertisers and their programs. Can take a bit too long to receive approval. However, once you do get to a real person the support is quite good.

I think Impact has strong integration support, including documentation and Shopify integration. Their documentation and integration-testing interfaces and processes are great and really helpful when first integrating their solution. They also have great reporting tools that are very flexible, powerful, and fast. Building out custom reports and saving them is an easy and intuitive process.
I wish the Shopify integration was free like other affiliate programs, but you get what you pay for. This platform is much better than some of the free alternatives.
Too bureaucratic. Approvals take a rather long time. It's hard to get to a real support person.
I think the biggest weakness with Impact is their surface area. We ran into an issue where an integration surface area stopped attributing correctly and it took a lot of effort and time to diagnose it with their support. I also found that their documentation hosted online was inconsistent and not clear. I had to get human support several times for questions that the documentation should have been able to answer. Finally, I've had a lot of trouble with their login page when using 2FA and have run into weird error messages that were hard to get around and resolve.
