It has helped to reduce data provisioning and management overhead to a great degree. We have successfully improved software quality with much-improved test data. While the cost of the test data management tool is minimal, it is prohibitively expensive and time-consuming to implement. Implementation was alright. Required more effort from internal teams to adopt the tool
Informatica as a vendor seems to be very rusty in new technologies and processes and has not been keeping up with the latest trends around Devops etc. which has been a pain. Otherwise they have good tool and relationship with us.
