- a lot of configuration is possible - the new branch is updated each month - host checking works pretty well

String security features including a multi factor authentication with a token accessible from my mobile phone. Provide a smooth and secure way to access internal resources while working remotely

We have an unmanaged MAC userbase, the product admin is at times, particularly painful when they update to the latest release and then break the product. Remote management is not the easiest to address issues as it requires local admin. Overall it works, just the MAC updates break the product, which then means an It fix later when the product has been updated.

security issues in the past performance issues on Hyper-V during update process host checking (ESAP) is not updated as often as windows updates causing conformity issues

The user interface on the computer can feel a bit dated

the Ivanti software keeps our endpoints secure and is easy to use. The software has proved to be reliable in day to day usage. VPN connection and links to RSA token software are intuitive. UI is straightforward, very few if any bugs encountered within the program.
