I really like how the drag and drop interface and pre-built templates let us connect systems quickly without heavy coding. It also provides strong security and lifecycle management features, so you can publish, monitor and control APIs with confidence. Overall, it really sped up our integration work and reduced complexity for the team.

One of the reasons I'm a fan of Harmony is that it comes with many pre-made connectors and webhooks. This really saves a huge amount of time in development and allows you to bind systems together with ease.
The biggest drawback we found with the Jitterbit API Manager is performance when handling very large datasets - responses can slow down and require extra tuning. We also noticed higher memory usage in those cases. Support is generally good but during urgent issues the response time could be faster.
My largest concern is new developers losing the opportunity to develop APIs in more traditional managers, consulting documentation covering syntax and documentation regarding how other APIs send and receive data. This is essential web development networking that a powerful system can begin to replace.
The thing that I hate most is that when something fails, the error message is not vey helpful. Now and then, it's challenging to tell what's wrong or how to right it. The screen can lag a bit, particularly when we processing large task
