I like the modern feel and organization within the product. The kong team is eager to add new features that we request as well.
it's having almost all features which are required in the tool to use API and play around it.
The storage configuration is restrictive and confusing for teams
Since onboarding we requested a few features that the tool was lacking. Since then the Kong team has implemented or added to their roadmap. We were interested in more robust admin tools & SCIM for security and user management.
some time converted code not work as it it some modification required but it's not the show stopper
