What I like the most about this is the extensive global presence, this is very valuable and it has advanced technology and data analysts.
I like that KPMG puts ESG considerations into audits and also provides high quality audits and its vast network helps grow the business.
The 3 strengths according to me are given below. i). The auditors are highly knowledgeable about the industry and have a good understanding of the environment which ensures accurate and compliant audits. ii). The use of advanced tools decreases the risk factors and increases the efficiency. iii). It is a great choice for multinational organizations because it has a global network which ensures the consistency across the various regions.
I didn't find anything which I dislike, but the cost of the service is a little bit high comparatively to the other
I did not like the presentation and suggestions at the end product part it needs to be raised and also there is some difficulty in high-risk engagement.
The issues according to me are given below. i). The services provided are great but also the pricing is very high which may not align with many mid-level organizations. ii). Although the audit process is thorough, there is a need for some customization which seems very limited in this. iii). Customer Communication is not very up to the mark and some clients may experience delays or lack of proactive communication.
