A useful and important tool for pharmacy dispensing and billing but not a lot of options in the market so the system is okay, nothing spectacular but since there are few competitors, there's not a lot of great options.

Kroll Likes & Dislikes

The Kroll pharmacy system is fairly use friendly in terms of its interface and workflow. Things move in a linear fashion to make it easy. The system manages dispensing, patient care and billing processes simultaneously. It is focused on Canadian laws and categories of drugs which is important for the country I'm in.

There are some unusual areas in the user interface that are redundant or not intuitive. It also sometimes feel kind of busy. Can't do anything if it's offline which is problematic in power or internet outages. Can be pricey to implement.
