it's very intuitive. a lot of security
It has been useful in many ways like preventing users from unauthorized data uploads, access to malicious domains/urls, restrict usage of unapproved AI sites and also warning users about potential breach or violation of company policies while attempting to access restricted websites. The custom policies allow us greater control in implementing organization specific rules.
This is a very intuitive and well-designed product that enhances security workflows and is non-disruptive compared to competitors. There are a lot of different features and capabilities that connect it with other services and enable useful detections and alerts. Great analytics and security policies by default. I like that this is an extension as opposed to a standalone browser, allowing employees to have a more seamless experience - they do not need to switch to something they are uncomfortable with or unfamiliar with.
I really didnt find anything I disliked. there are some small report features that I would have liked to have
The layout of the Tags could be made in a better manner and the current layout looks like jumbled which makes it slightly hard to find the required tags to update.
The UI can be confusing at times. There is an inability to sort and filter some categories, especially in the Alert and Event categories, which can make it difficult to work with. Some customization features are lacking or missing, such as themes and the ability to modify pages with preferred information.
