Overall my experience is excellent as we used to use previously other software, however if I compare the lexis nexis has a good feature with great PEP and fin crime related searches, however I can say that lexis nexis is a good product in the field of financial crime and AML/KYC related domain.

Our experience with Lexis Nexis was poor. Product capabilities were materially misrepresented during the sales process and after contract execution it became clear that the products could not support the agreed-upon use cases. Custom products were delivered late, contained undisclosed limitations, and were unusable for their intended purpose. Despite extensive engagement and good-faith efforts to resolve issues, the vendor was resistant to reasonable specifications and provided limited follow-up once problems were identified.
