I like the market intelligence, visualization tools and integration with LinkedIn Profiles that LinkedIn Talent Insights provides. Market intelligence and the talent pool reports and benchmarking features are good for client presentations. The charts and graphs make it easy to communicate insights to stakeholders. Direct linkage to profiles speeds up sourcing and validation.
Being able to filter by previous employer and not current. Keyword search complements position search. Company trends and recent hires feature give useful insights.
The way he presents market data is well organized. The ability to visualize trends. For workplace safety, this makes a difference because it allows for anticipating demands, preparing training, and integrating new employees.
Limited depth for niche roles as there are exec roles that sometimes lack sufficient data. Export reports are somewhat rigid so if there was more customization options that would be awesome. Emerging companies have limited data and if they did that could be great for the work I do with high-growth insurgent clients.
Lack of integration to Hubspot. The interface itself is not particularly easy to navigate especially in filters. The AI tool could be more intuitive.
The tool is heavily geared towards HR strategies, making it less intuitive to use for those who don't work directly with HR. I also missed having some more objective reports to facilitate quick reading for areas supporting workplace safety.
