For general is a excellent product, it have a friendly platform for configuration and deployment, Avaya have a lot of information and documentation to bring solution. The mobile and sip trunk services work fine but you need to have some experience for deploy. I prefer the virtual solution.

Sonus SBC is good for handling high traffic loads. Does not crash even in the full capacity. CDR viewer and SIP ladder features really helpful for troubleshooting. There are lot of bugs specially related to GUI and operational aspects. Support is not up to the standard. resolution time is really high.
