It is an NAC solution that also provides visibility and control points regarding your sanctioned SAAS application, as we have adopted multiple SAAS applications so we required the NAC solution which caters both requiremetns.
There is no direct customer care support. All the communications happen over email only. There is no Pay-As-You-Go model contract. Licenses needs to be procured on quarterly basis(though you can get on credit model) at a blanket quantity.
Consumes a lot Data.
We are only concerned about Service support in Indian Region. We have also faced multiple challenges during evaluation however it has been resolved by OPSWAT Team.
