We've developed several projects with Globant's Consulting Services, and they bring a strong product portfolio alongside good consulting expertise. They lack agility in some points of the project but, in general, they delivered as expected.

I think DATEV lacks tech-driven capabilities. Its integrations are very limited, and when they do work, they usually don't perform well, such as the integration with Spendesk. In general, it feels like an accounting tool that many mid-sized companies in Germany use, maybe for price, but that makes reconciliation from accounting and reporting really difficult. I don't see any future AI capabilities in it.

It's a very mature platform and has many valuable features. Pricey, and lacks the new AI wave of platforms a bit. True cloud advantage. While letting partners extend its functionality is a real win.

Pivotree provided technological resources for the implementation of key components of the digital commerce ecosystem. The team demonstrated strong familiarity with Shopify and integration patterns within the retail technology stack. However, the engagement also involved implementing Akeneo PIM, and the level of expertise on that platform was not as strong. Several design decision and implementation reccomendations related to Akeneo required revisiting or correction during the project. While the team remained collaborative and responsive, the engagement would have benefited from deeper Akeneo expertise and stronger governance and delivery discipline would have further enhanced the overall experience.
