Easy to use for non-technical users, since everything is GUI driven. Setup is easy if all your resources are in Azure without a private network. Typically, most services are user friendly and do not require deep technical expertise with lots of documentation to support users.

It's not enterprise grade and is incapable of running a data pipeline using a service account. Data pipeline fails if the user that set it up leaves the company. Azure storage behind firewall is very hard to set up correctly, lots of limitations to connect to such services. Programmatic integration (for automated deployment) is very hard to set up correctly, especially when the APIs are not complete and very low support on Terraform providers.
