What I like the most is the good user-friendly interface, which makes navigation simple even for new users. Centralized data management is a major strength, as it allows all sustainability metrics to be stored and monitored in one place. I also appreciate the strong reporting and analytics features which provide clear insights and support better decision making and its integration capabilities help reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
Centralized reporting - makes it easier to collect and present environmental data for the whole organization. Integrates well with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem.
I like that it unifies environmental impact data from many sources and removes data silos, its built-in calculation methods for greenhouse gas emissions across different scopes, and the AI-assisted insights and forecasting tools for planning sustainability actions.
What I dislike about the product is that the initial setup can take time, especially when connecting multiple data sources. Some advanced features may require technical knowledge to use effectively, and at times the customization options for certain reports can feel a bit limited depending on a specific organization's needs.
It would be nice if it could help with optimizing the systems too, not only reporting.
I dislike that the licensing can be costly for full enterprise scope, the initial setup and data mapping takes significant effort, and some advanced features like AI-driven analysis are still in preview and require extra configuration.
